            <description><![CDATA[Personal fitness plans often begin with generic recommendations that cannot respond to someone’s goals, physical profile, or actual workout consistency. The company wanted a mobile experience that could personalize training and nutrition while keeping users engaged between sessions. I led the project from client communication through technical delivery. I translated product feedback into specifications, coordinated the mobile, backend, and QA team, presented weekly demonstrations, and developed the Python-based exercise tracking system. The completed platform combines adaptive workout plans, meal planning, camera-based posture and repetition detection, fitness analytics, scheduled engagement, fasting tools, health integrations, and a domain-constrained AI coach.]]></description>

            <title><![CDATA[Neighborhood Marketplace]]></title>
            <description><![CDATA[Need a plumber, an electrician, or a carpenter? In most neighborhoods that search still works the way it did decades ago — ask around, walk the local market, hope somebody dependable is free. An entire economy of everyday products and services ran on word of mouth, with no way to see who was nearby and free to take the job. I led the build of the marketplace that puts that whole search on a map. Sellers list what they offer — products and services alike — and buyers open the app to see real providers around them, ready to book in a few taps. When nobody nearby fits, the marketplace flips into reverse: buyers post exactly what they need, and providers come to them with competing offers. What used to be an offline, word-of-mouth market now runs as one digital marketplace: a single app for iPhone and Android with a web dashboard behind it. It matches by category and location, with ordering and payment in one flow — whether it is a product being shipped or a service being booked.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[In specialty tobacco retail, compliance rides on every single sale. This retailer was carrying that weight on tools never built for the trade. Age-restricted products were checked from staff memory, and generic software kept flattening a catalog of e-liquids that splits into dozens of flavors. I built the frontend for a point-of-sale that treats regulation as a feature, not a chore. Age verification is wired into the checkout flow itself, so no regulated sale can skip it. The catalog tracks products down to the individual flavor, matching how the retailer stocks and sells. Stock stays in step with that catalog as sales happen, and clear analytics put real numbers behind restocking and buying decisions — delivered July 2023.]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[In much of the world, people save through a "committee" — a rotating circle where everyone pays in a set amount each month and, in turn, one member takes the whole pot. For generations it has run on pure trust: paper records, personal reputations, and one organizer holding everyone’s cash. A fintech startup wanted to bring it online — and make it safe even for people who have never met. I led the full build across three apps: a mobile app for iPhone and Android, a web dashboard for the operators, and the engine behind them. Members join with only a phone number, set what they can afford each month, and get matched with savers at the same amount in a few swipes, until a full circle forms on its own. Every point of human failure got engineered out. The draw that once depended on one person’s honesty is now rule-bound and genuinely random — never the same winner twice. The cash that once sat in an organizer’s hands moves straight to the winner’s in-app wallet. And the trust that held it all together now lives on the record: every contribution and payout, logged and visible.]]></description>

            <title><![CDATA[Real-Time Restaurant POS]]></title>
            <description><![CDATA[A busy restaurant serving around 1,000 customers a day was losing time to its own layout: reception, kitchen, and the warehouse ran as three separate islands. Every order, stock update, and sales tally was carried between them by hand. At that volume, the gap slowed the whole floor down. I led the build of one system that ties all three together. An order taken at reception lands on the kitchen screen instantly. The moment a dish is ready, a sound alert with the order number calls a waiter to collect it — the constant walking back to check is gone. Every finished order quietly subtracts its exact ingredients from stock and updates the warehouse — work that used to mean a manual count and a note passed back by hand. Inventory counts itself, low-stock alerts fire before anything runs out, and sales tally themselves the same way instead of by hand at closing. A companion desktop app prints kitchen tickets and customer receipts in real time at both stations, and the owner sees sales and stock for the whole operation at a glance.]]></description>

            <title><![CDATA[Fintech B2B Admin Portal]]></title>
            <description><![CDATA[A regulated payments company was running its whole operation — onboarding business customers, tracking every transaction, and reporting on all of it — across disconnected tools and manual spreadsheets. It needed one portal to run the business from. I built roughly 90% of that portal's frontend. Customers get onboarded in bulk instead of one form at a time, and every account sits in one place. The money — cash in, cash out, collections, transfers — is watched live instead of pieced together after the fact. The biggest win was reporting. Two people used to lose around 20 hours every week to reporting alone — 15 to 20 recurring weekly and monthly reports, every one built by hand. Pulling numbers from thousands of daily transactions, writing Excel formulas, and formatting each file was the manual grind. Now the portal compiles and sends those same reports on schedule, with nobody touching a spreadsheet.]]></description>
